foolish people....foolish, foolish people.
i am currently employed as a summer day camp counselor for 6-10 yr olds. i am primarily responsible for half of the 6 & 7 yr old boys. and they're DRIVING ME INSANE!!!! who would've thought 20 little dudes would all want to do different things at the same time. none of them EVER want to play kickball, freeze tag, four square, so we just let them all go nuts and have free play. (ahhh....the yesteryears of recess)

this job is totally great. i mean, i finally found a job where i get to play games, get free lunches, go swimming everyday, and basically am forced to adapt myself to the mentality and maturity levels of those i'm supposed to be in charge of.....so basically, i'm obnoxious and always want to know when we're gonna get there/ eat lunch/ go swimming/ go home....totally sweet....
tomorrow we're going to six flags...which by itself is a cool thing, but we're with little dudes and dudettes....i think maybe...and this is a huge MAYBE...maybe 2 of them are tall enough to go on the roller coasters....i predict most of the time will be spent in bugs bunny's world...finally, i get to go on all the rides i've been restricted from....
oh happy days......may this summer never end
