hooray for academic advisors that actually give a damn!
i don't know if it was something i said or did, but my academic advisor kept me in school this semester so i can graduate. after telling me that it was out of her hands and we had to wait to see what the registrar said, she ended up doing it herself without telling me. when i called the registrar's office to plead my case to them to let me stay, they said that my advisor already changed it....go figure.
so now i find myself in my final semester of school. i'm taking senior mechanical design classes that don't really figure into all the stuff i've been studying for the past five years. we basically have to come up with a mechanical answer to a problem of our choosing. i'm thinking something along the lines of a voice activated beer thrower from the refrigerator to the living room couch.
yeah, so i'm almost out. it's about damn time........
